Any related Bachelor Degree
Preferably holders of Human Resource Diploma
or Master.
+ 5 years of Experience in the Human resources
field  in  big  organization of Manpower not less
than 1000 employees.
MS Office professional and perfect utilization of
internet
analytical and  problem solving  skills
decision making  skills
Flexibility in the development and
implementation of policies and procedures for
human resources in case of various modifications
and changes in laws
Preparation of strategic plans for the company
Ability to work under stress individually or in a
team
Excellent Managerial and Leadership skills
