Job Description:
To develop terms and conditions and minimum
technical requirements and specifications for
supply base facilities, operations and personnel.
Develop the team’s safety and loss prevention
philosophy and procedures manual for all
logistics operations.
Manage and plan logistics operations on a daily,
weekly, monthly basis to ensure that the projects
are fully supported and have the necessary
materials, equipment and personnel on location
when they are required.
Supervise all supply base operations.
Management of supply base to ensure smooth,
trouble-free and safe operations.
Ensure the efficient and cost effective return of all
relevant equipment and personnel.
Manage all personnel movements to and from the
sites and within country where necessary.
Inventory and track all equipment and materials
throughout the construction campaigns. Conduct
end-of campaign audit and materials
reconciliation.
Review all logistics service providers’ invoices and
ensure they are correct and as per the contract.
Sign off on invoices.
Job Requirements:
BSc. in commerce or any related field
8 – 10 years of Experience in developing and
writing corporate logistics, safety and loss
prevention procedures (Experience in
Construction Logistics will be an advantage)
Must have excellent written and spoken English
skills.

3. Must possess all relevant industry accreditation to
be able to accept, store, handle, maintain, inspect
and transport all equipment required for the
construction processes
