Responsibilities Statement:
To plan, organize and supervise all construction to be carried out in accordance with the specification, drawings, schedules, site QA/QC, safety and environmental procedure and programmed requirements and within budgeted cost levels.

Qualifications / Skills/ Experience Required:
·Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or it’s equivalent.
·10 years experience in the construction industry.
·Sound knowledge and experience in managing construction sites.
·Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
· Fluent in English
·Proficient in MS Office.
·Exposure in design & build and turnkey projects
·Self-motivated with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
·Able to cope with demanding schedule and lead/co-ordinate a multi disciplinary team.

Preferred:
·Proficient Arabic.
·Previous experience in high-end iconic buildings
·Immediately available.
