·Provides support to Project Director to establish and maintain project control tools.
·Develops, implements, and maintains project control reports.
·Maintains computerized project reports as dictated by the project contractual requirements and Client’s needs
.Reviews, evaluates and recommends changes to the project documents as required.

·Provides cash flow projections and forecasts
Prepare, maintain and up-date Detailed Works planning and program
·Liaison with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner.
·Monitor and report design review progress of Client.
·Other duties as directed.

-Degree in Engineering or related discipline
· 10 years’ experience with planning, project control and delivery of 5 star hotels or high-profile projects
· Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
·Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
·Possess drive initiative, result oriented and ability to work under pressure
